Peraphon Thond

Peraphon Thond is the current head of the House of Thond in Arabel and the owner of the Dancing Dragon Inn and Tavern. He is a slim, short, elegant man with a goatee, perfumed black hair, dark clothing, and a plenitude of gleaming and glittering finger rings. He's a supercilious, sneering man who's known to be very shrewd in investments and business negotiations. He is wealthy in the extreme and is known to be a collector of powerful, protective magics.
